XFinity support

My bill went from $35 to $96 with no warning. I did not increase my service or anything. I am going to switch to another provider because I only need service at my home for the next 6 months before moving. I was hoping to take XFinity with me, but for the bare minimum service, $96 is crazy. I can barely afford groceries, wifi is a luxury at this point, not essential.

user_yzc78u Thank you so much for making a post for help with the increase in your bill. It sounds like a promotion may have expired. We do try to keep customers aware of when discounts will fall off by providing that information on the PDF bill monthly. Have you checked out your last few bills around the increase to see if that is the case? Page 3 would be where to look and the discount information would be in green. If that is the case, we would be more than happy to help look into new promotions for you to help keep costs down. Let me know!
