Xfinity support

Cable/TV remains offline after making payment this morning, error XRE 00250. WiFi returned within minutes. Have restarted online, through the app & by physically unplugging/plugging back in.

To fix this error, you can try these steps: 

    1. Open the Xfinity app
    2. Select Devices
    3. Select the TV box that is having issues
    4. Select Troubleshoot
    5. Select Continue
  • Select the option to send a refresh signal
  • Verify that the terminal is active in your account
