Xfinity Support
Hi,
My bill went up from $40 a month to $79 a month since two months ago. I wonder what is the reason? If it's because the promotion period ended, it would be appreciated if you could let me know if there are any applicable promotions I can apply. $79 is too expensive for my internet use.

An increase of that amount is typically associated with a promotion expiration, and this can be seen on your Xfinity statement with the amount of discount you have with what you had previously. Have you had an opportunity to check out our Xfinity Plan Builder to see what promotions are available online?
