Xfinity Support

I cancelled my service and my last bill has minus balance to be refunded asap. More than 30 days passed, why you still did not refund it to card back ?

The concern is not "E-mail" help related. Topic moved here to the proper help section, and for greater exposure to Comcast corporate employees (The Digital Care Team) for assistance.

user_hf0z71, Hi there! Thanks for taking the time out of your day to visit XFINITY for help with that refund. I am someone who never enjoys waiting for a refund so I understand the inconvenience that this can cause. I am sorry to learn about this delayed resolution. You've come to the right place for a solution. We are a team of experts who can help! Normally, we issue refunds back to the last payment card on file. If there were any issues with the refund to the last payment card on file, we would mail out a refund to the billing address on file. Just to confirm, when you cancelled services did you do so because you moved? If so, was the billing address updated on file by chance?

I cancelled my service via phone to xfinity customer service agent and he noted my all info including my new address.
Card is still valid and working without issues, I never receive any notification about refund, neither refunds to card nor billing address...

Yesterday I also reached to support specialist in Reddit to get faster response, they created ticket and said that it will be refunded to card in 5 days.
Currently I am waiting for this to see in my card activities...

For your first comment, waiting more than 30days without any notificaiton would be enough for not wanting to wait more.....

user_hf0z71, We will surely miss your business. I am happy to hear that you were able to get support over Reddit. We are actually on the same team so you are in good hands. I agree. 30 days is long. We appreciate you for your time and for bearing with us through this. What I can do from here is check back in with you in 5 days to ensure there are no more delays. In the meantime, do you have any additional questions or concerns for us?
