user_5w64rv, Hi! Thanks for taking the time to visit our forums page for help with seeing what your account isn't eligible for a 12 month installment plan. I would want to know the same thing myself for my account. We can help. One reason you would not be eligible is if services are disconnected while on an existing installment plan. When this happens, the full account balance becomes due and another installment plan offer becomes ineligible. How does this sound so far?
