Is there anyone who can help me set up an installment plan? It's not showing me the option to do so, yet from what I've read about it, there should be no reason I'm not eligible, so idk what to do

Hello, @user_mtn85r! Thank you for creating a post regarding your billing concerns. I'd love to see what we can do to help. Have you considered setting up a payment arrangement as seen here? If you specifically need to set up an installment plan to pay off a past due balance, those instructions are outlined here. Please let me know if this helps!
