Xfinity Support
I am unable to add a bank account to my Xfinity Billing because it says “Customer has been blocked from using bank instrument”
I need to add a checking account and auto pay to my Xfinity account. I called customer service and a ticket was opened up and I have not had the issue resolved.

Note: this occurs in the Web based login in multiple browsers / is not a browser issue. It’s an issue on Xfinitys back end.
