Xfinity Support

​​Hi,​​

​​I have two issues I'd like to resolve:​​

​​​​a) I want to move to internet-only plan (remove TV and voice from my existing plan).​​​​

​​​​b) I have a charge on my bill for a 'digital converter'.  I have never had nor used this equipment.  I would like this refunded.
