X-finity Support - Bankruptcy Details
Hello, I need permission to activate the direct message feature on my account. I need to share the details of my bankruptcy information with Xfinity support. And do not feel comfortable sharing that information directly in a post.

Hello, I also need to communicate my bankruptcy information. However, I don't see the right space to post this in. Nor do I see a direct messaging icon to alert X-finity Support. I have already tried clearing my browser cache and cookies and logging in via a different browser. Please assist
