X-finity Support - Bankruptcy Details

Hello, I need permission to activate the direct message feature on my account. I need to share the details of my bankruptcy information with Xfinity support. And do not feel comfortable sharing that information directly in a post.

Hello, I also need to communicate my bankruptcy information. However, I don't see the right space to post this in. Nor do I see a direct messaging icon to alert X-finity Support. I have already tried clearing my browser cache and cookies and logging in via a different browser. Please assist

user_87nhxp Thank you for stopping in for help with providing your Bankruptcy information.  We would not want you to provide that information in public for your security, so thank you for asking before doing so. We would be able to help send your information to our bankruptcy team. You may need to be able to scan or provide a copy of the needed information. If you are not able to do so, this process can also be done at any Xfinity store location.  Send our team a direct message with your full name, the name listed on the account (if different), and the service address associated with your account. I'd be more than happy to get this started for you. To send a Direct Message, please click on the chat icon in the top-right corner of the screen, next to the bell icon, and then type or select "Xfinity Support" to initiate a direct message
