Xfinity support added phone line, watch line without my consent
I called Xfinity for internet but somehow they added a phone line and a watch line on my mobile account without my consent. I saw order ship email one day and I called support immediately to cancel them. They said they initiated a cancellation but I still see those lines under my account and I am being charged.
This is the second time I am experiencing a fraud from them. They originally sold me to stay on xfinity by offering me a free iPad but after a few months xfinity silently started charging for the ipad and the line which was supposed to be free.
Now, in order to cancel xfinity does not have a portal but instead we should call the customer support. I lost trust in the customer support as they would not cancel the mobile services and I keep getting charged. Unsure how to mitigate from here. Should I sue xfinity for this fraud?
