Xfinity Support - Account number not showing up in my Xfinity Account
In September of last year, Xfinity agents in store gave me a new account number since we switched to a new plan and off my daughters account. This new account number is not showing up in my account when I login and when I call to pay for my account, it does not allow me to do so and will not connect me with an agent. My internet has been shut off due to this issue. Please help me in accessing my account to be able to update autopay and also pay for my current dues.
