Xfinity stream not working with Chromecast dongles

I've not been able to cast Xfinity stream from my phone to either of my televisions since 10/19/2021.

Will I receive credit on my bill for all the days of incomplete service? I do not want to watch on my phone when I am at home.

Hello, @user_b0bd40. We appreciate you for posting to the Xfinity Community Forum to share your experience. We truly apologize for the inconvenience this may have caused while attempting to stream. At this time, we’re aware of an issue affecting some customers’ ability to use Xfinity Stream with Chromecast. Please know that this is not an issue with our network; our network is functioning properly at this time. But there is a technical issue with the service provider which they expect to resolve this coming Monday. We’re monitoring the situation and appreciate your understanding. Unfortunately, we will not be issuing credits for this problem at this time.
