Xfinity stream issues

I paid my bill.  I'm getting an error message of "something went wrong" when I try and log in to xfinity stream

I just need my xfinity stream app working again so I can watch the movies I purchased on my account and purchase more movies. I'm currently bedridden and use the xfinity stream app to watch those movies.

I have over 100 movies and TV shows that I purchased through xfinity. I don't have access to the purchased movies and TV because my xfinity stream app isn't working. I need my xfinity stream app to be working again
