Xfinity stream app

Hello I've been having an issue with xfinity stream app i have called 5 times trying to have customer service fix the problem they have even sent me a new modem and I've been paying for for the service but the house hasn't been able to use the app for 8 months now and I have made sure everything was rebooted and that the modem and the app have matched i can not get it to work neither can customer service and I honestly free like I deserve a bill credit at least a little bit for each money I haven't been able to watch any local channel or news so can I please receive some type of help my account is [Edited: "Personal Information"] I could really use the help and the bill credit for some of the 8 months

Please send us a direct chat message with your full name and complete service address to “Xfinity Support”. To do so, click on the chat icon located at the top right of this forum's page.

Here are the detailed steps to direct message us:

• Click "Sign In" if necessary

• Click the "Direct Message” icon (upper right corner of this page)

• Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon

• Type "Xfinity Support" in the "to" line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list

• Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window

• Press Enter to send your message
