Xfinity still charging and threatening collections after a support agent confirmed I owed $0.00

This has been a frustrating mess and at this point I'm likely to file an FCC complaint.
I moved out of my residence where I had Xfinity internet service to a location where internet service is already provided.

Called on 1/6 to cancel my service and the agent confirms they will cancel my service.
I then receive another monthly bill, so I call on 2/19 and the agent is able to retrieve the info from the 1/6 call and tells me that they never cancelled the service despite saying they would. They say I owe the billing for January. Why would I owe money for a service they failed to cancel at a location I no longer reside at? After talking more with the agent they confirm cancelling the service, talk to billing and say that the amount billed would be cancelled and the balance would be $0.00.

Now the balance is not updated, I'm receiving texts saying to pay the balance otherwise it gets sent to collections, and I've called 3 times on 4/17 with no resolution, I just keep being told to call back.
This is ridiculous and I recommend the reader beware of scammy and abusive practice like this.
