Good afternoon user_qxu7gx. We will be more than happy to look into your concern for you. When was the account supposed to be disconnected? If customer's have a final payment for dates of service that was rendered prior to disconnection, and keep autopay on the final payment would be deducted for services rendered. We do advise when disconnecting the account to turn off autopay, as the final balance is always prorated.

I tried many times in the last 6 months to cancel all xfinity services.  The last time was 11/24/2025. You continue taking money from multiple bank accounts and debit cards. Xfinity makes it impossible to contact customer service. This is outright fraud and theft that I am reporting to multiple government sources. I have had it with this theft!!!

I would be more than happy to assist you with this.

Please send us a direct chat message with your full name and complete service address to “Xfinity Support”. To do so, click on the chat icon located at the top right of this forums page.

To send a "Direct Message" to Xfinity Support:

Click "Sign In" if necessary

Click the "Direct Messaging" icon or  https://forums.xfinity.com/direct-messaging

Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there

As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list

An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line
