Xfinity Services/Rewards - Such things don’t exist for customers, only for the company

Today I spent 3-4hours of my day with xfinity agents with none of the issue resolved. I just found out that an agent made me sign a plan which is $86/month for 2 years while he was telling me in the chat that the plan is $50/month. So naive of me to believe what he was telling me. Turns out he was not even doing that - he took back everything later and just gave a 1 time credit last mont. I got another bill with the same old ampunt and that’s when I realized that the agent did a something that doesn’t fall in legal terms as valid. I had to compromise my plan because of xfinity’s error and get a $45/month plan for 1 year instead of 2. So the entire thing was a gimmick to fool me. 
Later in the day I tried to redeem a grubhub reward for $10. Ofcourse the coupon code did not work. The Grubhub app says that the coupon I just received today is expired while the xfinity app says it expires on 21st July. So I started talking to another agent to get rewards help all while waiting to place an order. Turns out they will take upto 48 hours to resolve my issue. So, Instead of 4th July, I will celebrate 6th of July.
