Xfinity service still off after payment plan setup and payment

Still don't have service after payment of the payment plan and setup. I have confirmation but service still off.

user_5j2dv5 Thank you for contacting us about your service concerns. Was your payment in the amount of your current past due balance? 
 
If you scheduled a payment previously but your past due changed this may cause issues with your service returning after payment. 
 
Services should be restored immediately after a past due payment is made. 
 
If you are still experiencing trouble, please send us a direct message with your full name and service address, feel free to include the amount and date of the payment. 
 
To send a direct message: 
 
  • Make sure you are signed in here in the Xfinity Forum. Click "Sign In" if necessary
  • Click the "Direct Message" icon (square chat icon in the upper right corner of your screen next to the bell icon)
  • Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
  • Type "Xfinity Support" in the "To:" line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list which appears. The "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line
  • Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
  • Press Enter to send it

@XfinityEva​ it's not about the past due payment. It's the payment installment plan. I have contacted directly and no one seems to know what I'm talking about. I have screen shots of all of it.how do I share

I was literally yelled at by phone agent who says this doesn't exist. But I have screen shots of payment plan and where I paid and it's overall plan. Please someone help get my service on we are in desperate need of the wifi.
