Xfinity service and customer service reps are the worst ppl I’ve ever dealt with
Called March 23,2025 @1:38pm to cancel due to moving and getting service through frontier. It was a 21 minute call in which the service rep was rude and argued with me about cancelling my account. Finally she said she would and “did”. April 22nd came and went. I thought my account was closed therefore I didn’t check for a charge. May 20th I was checking my bank account and found not only a pending charge for May but also a charge from April. $104.58 each for a service I was told was cancelled. I called May 20th at 10:10am and was told there were no services made on my account March 23rd when I originally called to cancel. After 37 mins I was informed my pending payment was cancelled, the April charge would be refunded, and my account was officially cancelled. Now June 1 I get an email notification I owe $219.16 for my missed payment in May (the pending payment I was able to get cancelled) as well as the charge for June. I am furious with the lack of help I’ve received and the money I have lost and WILL be refunded. Would never recommend this service to anyone due to their customer service.
