Xfinity sales representative lied
So I’ve been with xfinity internet for almost 3 years I decided to link my new apartment and get the giga package to my current account last month. I was told if I add xfinity mobile I’ll get 3 free months of internet and the 30 dollar discount after For 24 months and a 200 visa prepaid card. I repeated myself atleast 10 times clarifying the free 3 free months because sounds too good to be true that was the only reason I would make a phone carrier switch because xfinity mobile is just not the best service. Come due date I get charged and told the 3 month free discount has never been a promotion. Basically I was lied to just to rack up sign ups the crazy part is the representative passed me to her supervisor a “xfinity mobile expert”. To clarify the process and I asked her the same question 3 free months. Deceptive strategy to get people to sign up. This will be my last time using xfinity don’t trust this company anymore.

Yeah, the Xfinity Sales people ALL SEEM TO HAVE TAKEN A CLASS IN "HOW TO LIE TO THE UNSUSPECTING CUSTOMER"... and they ALL seem to have American sounding names but extreme difficulty speaking English! Spoke to a male, said I could not get Xfinity Camera's in the store (which is a lie I found out later) so he said that he would send them to me and I would not be charged a shipping fee (another lie).. I got the camera's only to be told by the SHAM of an organization that Xfinity has "partnered" with called HelloTech.. to tell me that they can not find a tech to come and install them... sounded so SKETCHY! So I was told by a yet another person to take the camera's back to the store (another lie, the store will not accept camera's that were done online, even though technically I did not do this online, I CALLED!!! So I once again called to get a return label to return the cameras.. I was sent an email on procedures... ONLY THE Xfinity CAMERA's WERE "purchased"... so they do not show up on my device list in order to initiate a return label. I spent 2 hours on the phone yesterday trying to get this resolved, only to be transferred 15 times and then hung up on! I positively despise XFINITY --- Sad because I have been a customer for over 40 years and these past few months have been nothing but problems, lies and difficulties that XFINITY has created themselves!!
