Xfinity refuses to honor provided renewal quote

Greetings!

I am creating this post out of frustration with the customer service associates I’ve spoken to over the last week along with the lack of customer service I have received as a long time xfinity customer.

I recently paid my bill of $80 and was told my balance would increase. I disputed the statement ad the representative (Gervit) stated that I should not worry and that and that they would honor my renewal at the current rate of $80. They said that I should receive a call but I didn’t so I called in. When I called, the rep said that they couldn’t honor the charge. I informed them that that wasn’t acceptable as their rep confirmed the renewal amount. I offered to send the chat conversation in but they declined.

I have been on the phone with various xfinity reps who all have said that there nothing they can do. This is not fair as this rate come from xfinity themselves and should be honored. To make matters worse I am pregnant and being on the line with various reps for over 4 hours is incredibly stressful and shows the lack of customer service xfinity provides. The treatment I’ve received is completely unfair.

I am looking to speak to someone who will be able to assist with this matter please. Again, I have the full chat history of the rep informing me that I will renew at $80 without any special promotions or bundles. I am just looking for what I have now at the provided rate. Nothing more, nothing less.

Please advise.
