Xfinity promotional plans

I am a longtime Xfinity customer and need to lower the cost for my services. I see that you have five year plans that are much less expensive than my current plan but seem to be only offered to new customers. If I am unable to achieve lower prices, I will have to cancel my plan. It seems a shame that long term 14 year+ customers of Xfinity cannot enjoy the same savings as new customers.

  • The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there.
  • As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list.
  • An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line.
  • Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
  • Press Enter to send it.
