XFINITY Promotion

I was offered a new promotion after my initial two year internet plan expired. The first offer back in September offered me a new two year promotion with a “free” iPad and $65 /month of 1Gbps Internet instead of 300mbps. I accepted the plan but I was unable to receive my iPad due to not being home on delivery day. Without my knowledge XFINITY cancelled that offer and charged me for the base 1gbps rate. I called to complain and then they offered me a new promotion for a mobile plan with Internet. 3 lines with unlimited data. It came with a “free iPad and free Motorola 5G” plus one additional phone line. All of this was supposed to be wrapped with my internet bill to total ~$75/ month. I was just charged nearly $200 for the last 2 months and I called to get this clarified and was told there’s nothing they could do and that the promotion did not exist. I got SCAMMED by XFINITY. Do not take any promotions from them they just lie to you for months and promise a rate that doesn’t exist and will pull the rug from under your feet.
