Xfinity prepaid card

My Xfinity prepaid card is not working. I have activated it and added it to my account. I have tried using it on various platforms and nothing works. It is not expired. I have tried contacting customer support and they are not able to help

First, ensure that you have met all eligibility requirements for the promotional offer. You can check the status of your prepaid card through our Xfinity incentive tracker. Second, has your card been newly activated, as our prepaid cards expire six months from the issue date, and unused funds will be lost after this date. And, lastly, ensure you are using the card at locations that accept Debit Mastercard.
