Xfinity payment attempt

I made my payment to Xfinity and I got my confirmation and everything. On I checked on my bank account the payment was pending and the amount paid was credit from my account . Few hours later when I checked my bank account the payment didn’t process and I want to know if Xfinity will retry the payment because I don’t want to loose my service . Thanks for your attention .

I made my Xfinity payment and I got the confirmation from Xfinity. I have checked with my bank and it was showing pending and the amount was taking out of my balance . Few hours later  when I checked my bank account the payment didn’t show. So my question is , Xfinity will try to retry the payment from my bank account ???? The money is available .  I don’t want to loose my service . Thanks

Hi, @user_d5df81 Welcome to our Xfinity Community Forum page! Depending on your banking institution the payment can take up to 72 hours to process. If you do see a payment confirmation email and the payment listed in the My Account app you should not have anything to worry about. However, I would like to take a peek and give you the peace of mind! Please send us a direct message with your full name and address to assist.

To send a Direct Message:

Ensure you are logged in

Click the "Direct Messaging" icon or https://comca.st/3ynbpyf

Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon

The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there.

 - As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list.

 - An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line.

Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window

   Press Enter to send it
