Xfinity Owes Me Money

Over the course of the last 6 months, I have gone through hours of hold times and weeks of waiting for call backs attempting to get refunded money. I called to cancel my service, in December and was told I'd be receiving a refund for the month of January. Instead of receiving a refund, I was charged for the next 3 months and as I couldn't get a hold of anyone through customer service, I removed my payment info immediately after seeing the charges. They repeatedly attempted to charge me, and are now claiming I owe THEM over 200 dollars and have sent collections agencies to contact me. I've returned all of my equipment and I have 0 data usage on my account since I originally called to cancel in December. 

2 weeks ago I was finally able to get a hold of a representative that created an escalation ticket to try and get me my money back. I have received 0 updates and am unable to get any information on the status of the ticket. I am ready to contact my attorney and pursue for the money I'm owed, this has been an extreme hassle.

• Type "Xfinity Support" in the to line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list
