Xfinity OWES me 5 months of back pay

I canceled my account in June 2024 when I moved before that month's billing cycle and the cancellation never went through. I have been charged for 5 months for a service that I do not use.

I have spoken to multiple people by phone and they have assured me that my account would be cancelled immediately, I would receive a confirmation email and a full refund for the last 5 months. It is November 2024 and I was just charged again for this service. I am fed up and will be disputing with my bank.
