Xfinity overcharge

I was over charged and had $500 taken out of my checking account. I spoke with customer service I didn’t get anywhere. I put in a dispute with my bank. I need to know how to solve this problem.

I know it can be frustrating when you see a high unexpected amount like that come out of your bank account. We would like to see what we can do for you! Can you please click the Direct Message icon at the top right of the page, click on the pen and pad icon, enter Xfinity Support in the "To" section of the chat, and provide us with your first/last name and full address so we may further assist you?
