Xfinity outage credit

Hello,

I had 3 complete outages so far this month and when I try to apply for credit, it says I exceeded the credit limit.

How do I apply for the credit? What's the limit?

Hello, @user_wc63u6 how are you? Are you able to let us know if you're requesting a credit when logging into https://www.xfinity.com/support/status?

Yes, that is where I click "check eligibility" and once I put in the date, it tells me I exceeded the limit

Feel free to send us a direct message with your name and service address, so we can take a closer look at your account and billing details. We can look at any potential credit and make sure you get all the needed adjustments. You can use the Direct Messaging icon at the top of the page to send your name and service address to "Xfinity Support." It's next to the bell icon on the right side of the page.
