Xfinity On Line Customer Service

Tonight Oct. 17 around 10:30pm,   Aditya jumped in the chat after Shruti.  He said he would help to resolve my issue.   What I need is hopefully he could help to lower my monthly bill with loyalty discount. Afterwards, he told me that he could grant me total $40.00 credit on my next two bills.  When I asked again about if he could lower my monthly bill as I had been a customer for years and my data usage is low & under 90GB per month.  Then without any response and just let me hang in the chat for hour without any feed back of yes or no.

This is definitely a terrible way to handle with a loyal customer.

user_9i0yek That certainly isn't the experience we want for customers when they reach out for help, and I'm more than happy to look into any discounts I can provide you. I'll also have the agent reported as well.

Can you send us a direct message with your full name, name of account holder (if different), and service address please?

To send a "Direct Message" to Xfinity Support:

Click "Sign In" If necessary

Click the "Direct Messaging" icon (speech bubble)

Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon

The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person".

Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there

As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list

An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line

Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window

Press Enter to send it
