Xfinity offer for free year of Unlimited mobile line not being honored
Hello. About a month ago I logged into my account and was presented with an offer for a free unlimited mobile line for a year. I clicked on it and followed the sign-up process. However, I've discovered that I am being charged $40/mo for the line. I took screenshots of each screen while I signed up, so I have proof about the offer. I went through the trouble of porting in my number for this offer. Please help in fixing this billing issue. I hope Xfinity will honor the offer they put into my account. Thank you.
