Xfinity now technical support

I miss my payment on Xfinity now, so I typed to a rep on the assistance she took my payment. The only difference was I didn’t receive an Xfinity now receipt, Xfinity I have $30 just sitting there when I log into now it says my service is suspended when I try to change payment info or anything, it gives me an error message. So I haven’t had Internet in two weeks. And the online agents can’t help customer service can’t help
