Xfinity Now Internet Billing Statements
Hello,
I have Xfinity Now Internet and I really like it. However, I don't understand why the statements do not show what I pay for service. I understand that it is a prepaid service, but is it legal to provide a statement each month that shows $0.00 across the board? Even in the Paid section, it's all zeros. I understand that there is a Payment History section that shows my payment. However, it only shows a confirmation number. The payment history for each month only shows what I paid and a confirmation number. No account number... No name and address.
Here's the thing about all of this: I need to submit statements to my child's Cyber School for reimbursement of the Internet Service. There is no financial record showing what I am being charged for this service (on a statement or receipt showing my Name and Service Address). Understandably, that is what any company needs as proof of service to verify for reimbursement.
Like I said, my Statements show all zeros for everything, including the Paid section which should at least show last month's $45.00 payment. My payment history only shows a confirmation number and nothing connecting my name, service address, account number to the payment.
What can be done about this? Customer service has been bouncing me around to many people with no answers.
This is not a clear and concise Public Utility Bill. It's nothing. Literally zeros.
