Xfinity Now Internet Billing Statements

Hello,

I have Xfinity Now Internet and I really like it. However, I don't understand why the statements do not show what I pay for service.  I understand that it is a prepaid service, but is it legal to provide a statement each month that shows $0.00 across the board?  Even in the Paid section, it's all zeros.  I understand that there is a Payment History section that shows my payment.  However, it only shows a confirmation number.  The payment history for each month only shows what I paid and a confirmation number. No account number... No name and address.

Here's the thing about all of this:  I need to submit statements to my child's Cyber School for reimbursement of the Internet Service.  There is no financial record showing what I am being charged for this service (on a statement or receipt showing my Name and Service Address).  Understandably, that is what any company needs as proof of service to verify for reimbursement.

Like I said, my Statements show all zeros for everything, including the Paid section which should at least show last month's $45.00 payment.  My payment history only shows a confirmation number and nothing connecting my name, service address, account number to the payment.

What can be done about this?  Customer service has been bouncing me around to many people with no answers.

This is not a clear and concise Public Utility Bill. It's nothing. Literally zeros.

Hello,

Sorry, but my post was not about Wifi Now Pass. It was about Xfinity Now Service billing.  I have talked to customer service about this. I have had difficulty actually talking to a rep that is literally in Xfinity Now. I have called that number and the reps are either in Post Paid or Prepaid Service and all of them say they don't deal with Xfinity Now.

The statements do not show anything.  Zeros across the board.  This is a monthly prepaid service.  Not a Wifi Pass.

I hope I can get some answers.  Public Utilities are supposed to provide a proper statement - at least that's how it reads in the law.

@thearm9000 I apologize, I meant to write Xfinity Now Internet. They're both prepaid services and have the same customer service phone number. I don't have access to these types of accounts.

That's what every one of them said to me.  They don't have access to my account.  Yet they won't connect me with someone who does.

So there is no one on this forum that has access to Xfinity Now accounts?

@thearm9000 Unfortunately, we don't have access to these types of accounts. This is the only phone number available for Xfinity Now Internet.
