Xfinity not issuing refund
I moved from Baltimore to Boston in May 2022 and canceled my service in Baltimore and got another xfinity service in Boston. In January 2024 I noticed that xfinity never canceled my baltimore service and I had been paying for 2 accounts!
when I called them they agreed for a part refund of $256.18. Since then I have been on countless calls and chats with agents asking them for a refund and nothing ever happens. The agents keep creating new case numbers and closing them.
- first they said they sent a check to Baltimore address
-then they said that they will send me refund card
-then they said they’re going to send a check to my Boston address because the amount is too big
But I have not received anything and it’s getting really frustrating to keep calling them and keep chatting with them. Does anyone have experience in getting their refund? I am actually thinking of going to the small claims court!
