Xfinity not honoring my installment plan
Set up and installment plan for my internet on 8/31. I received a confirmation email and have multiple screenshots of the confirmation when I set it up as well.
However I have not had wifi service since 8/31 even though I’ve already made a payment for the plan.
I need to be contacted asap. I have filed an FTC and BBB complaint.
