Xfinity not honoring agreement

Xfinity is NOT HONORING there agreement to reduce my bill by $10 when I provide banking information. I previously contacted this forum and was assured the issue would be resolved in 45 days. It has not been resolved. Xfinity is also not replying to a reply I had to a prior post here. Xfinity takes your money fast but if you have a problem you cannot get ahold of them. This is criminal behavior! SOMEONE HELP ME!!!!!!
