Xfinity Nitemare
I was on Auto pay. Never again. In September Xfinity stole $688.00 from me. I have been trying to get my money back since September. I was told Friday the money would be put back on my Direct Express card within 24 to 48 hours. Well this is Tuesday after lunch. I am on the phone with Xfinity right now trying to find out what happened to my money being put back ony card. Now I am being told the ticket is still open. Which means the guy lied to me. So I am on hold for a supervisor. I am going to copy and paste this and share it to the world.

As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list.
A "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line.
