Xfinity Mobile Support

I need a copy showing proof of my device payoff balance for the iPhone Pro Max 16 that was purchased on account [Edited: "Personal Information"]. I have spent hours on the phone with Xfinity multiple days this week been by an Xfinity store and no one is able to provide this to me. If you are not able to provide, please connect me with your legal department. It is my right to have a copy of the payment arrangement.
Per Xfinity’s Retail Installment Contract, you are entitled to a copy of the agreement, and the amount due will be furnished upon request if you wish to pay it off early.

Hello, @user_ng6p8o thank you for reaching out Xfinity Forums. I understand wanting to have the information of your device being paid off. The information you're looking for would be available by logging into your Xfinity Mobile account > Devices > then select the device you're looking for. Doing these steps when logging into my account, I see to devices showing paid off and the remaining months I have left on a smartwatch I'm paying off.

I checked my actual statement, and only see the device payment on a statement, not the remaining months. So wanted to confirm, the information you're looking for would be under the section mentioned above. I don't have an option to forward this information to you, but wanted to share that our awesome Privacy experts may be able to help: https://www.xfinity.com/privacy

Hi there, thank you but I need a bill showing the Installment Plan Payoff amount. I am able to see the payoff amount from the app, but it does not show on the bill. I have moved to AT&T and am required to provide this documentation . . . when I came to Xfinity last year I was required to provide the same documentation to them from my previous cell phone carrier, but it’s funny that when you need it from Xfinity it magically cannot be found

@user_ng6p8o I went back on each of statements to May 2025 as that was the time frame that had my first monthly device payment for my Smartwatch. There wasn't a break-down of the remaining payments even on the first statement with the device, so looks like it's been at least close to a year of no longer showing that information on the bill.

We're always looking for ways to improve as a company, and this is definitely something to review and see if it can be brought back to statements. If you can still log into your Xfinity Mobile account, and see the information reflecting under the "Devices" tab, I'd see if the new provider can use that info.
