Xfinity Mobile scammed me

I was coerced into a free phone that they assured me was free. I have never used a landline or their mobile service but it was added to lower my monthly bill. This was all a lie.

Thanks for reaching out to us,  this is not the experience we want our customers to have. I'll be happy to take a look at the consent order that you agreed to with adding the Xfinity mobile line to see what happened with the cost of lowering your bill.

Generally when we offer promotion there is a promotion that will give you the Xfinity mobile line free for 12 months or there is a promotion that sometimes gives you a discount off your Internet/tv bill for 12-24 months for adding an Xfinity mobile line with unlimited data.

But let's go ahead and look deeper into your account to see what's the order actually detailed. Please send me a direct message including your first and last name and your complete address.

To send a direct message you may need to:

Click "Sign In"

Click the "direct message" icon

Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon

Type "Xfinity Support" in the "To:" line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list which appears. The "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line

Type your Message in the text area near the bottom of the window

Press Enter to send it
