Xfinity mobile scam

I switched from Verizon over a year ago.  I went directly into the store and spoke to two separate employees.  I was paying over $120/mo with Verizon and I wanted to make sure that my price would never be that high.  The two employees both reassured me that the price for 2 lines was 30/mo for the entire time I would be with them.  I bought 2 new phones so my bill was roughly $80/mo.  Just recently my bill shoots up to $120/mo.  I am now told that there was some promotion applied to my account for the first year.  Xfinity will not honor the original agreed amount.  I spoke to someone on chat and they basically called me a liar and that there was nothing that could be done.  If your employees are lying to customers, I question the entire company’s business practices.

user_kyl5ha, thank you for creating a new post. It sounds like you may have gotten the promotion for 1 free line for 12-months. If this is the case, I can confirm this is not a promotion we'd be able to extend beyond one year. Do you recall if this was an offer you had?
