Xfinity Mobile Plan Price Not Received

I transferred my mobile plan to Xfinity in Oct 2025. Xfinity offered a plan that was $10 for the 1st line, $30 for each additional line, 15GB and then speed reduced. The plan was for one yr then rates increased. I wanted 3 lines so the total was $70 per month. I never received that plan. When Xfinity ported over the lines, mine and my sons lines where somehow lost. Numerous calls to Philippines were made to try to recover the lines. My son's phone number was vital for his work. He chatted with someone for 8 hrs and was able to recover his number. So, my bill should have been 2 lines for $40. I have been paying $80/mo and Philippines say they can not give me the original plan pricing. I think this is illegal bait and switch. Can you get me the plan I was promised when I signed up?

Hello! Our team would be more than happy to help! To get started, please create your own public post without your account information. Please provide as many details about your experience, questions, or concerns as possible. Doing so will auto-open a ticket in our system, and we can assist you in the order your request is received. Please note that sending unsolicited private messages to myself or any other user is a direct violation of our forum guidelines. Per those guidelines, continued violations could be subject to a revocation of your Xfinity Forum privileges. We never want to get to that point with any user, so we recommend reviewing those guidelines thoroughly. You must first create a Public post requesting assistance, and once a Comcast verified employee responds and asks for a private message to be sent, you can then proceed with doing so.

Thx Xfinity Community Forum.  A representative called me about my issue and was able to resolve my concern to my full satisfaction.  This after many months calling the Comcast Help line and being transferred to someone in the Philippines to waste my time.  The Community Forum is the way to go.  I very much appreciate that this was finally resolved in a single phone call from a very nice lady.  Thanks again.
