Xfinity Mobile pdf statement

I am trying to get a simple pdf statement of my Xfinity Mobile that will reflect my account #, phone #, data and minutes usages and all payments.  I have talked to 3 representatives, one said he has requested billing to set this up and I will get it via email.  Second rep said pdf statement is coming in my next billing cycle. Third rep said it is not possible (all I can do is print out what's on my account; problem with that is that it does not look official and does not contain all information so it is not acceptable for business expenses filing).

Xfinity Mobile markets itself as a legitimate mobile service provider and yet cannot give a basic must-have such as a real statement to its customers.

Does Xfinity Mobile customer service actually read messages posted in this board?

I certainly understand your frustration with this. Unfortunately outside of the app and the website, we do not have an alternate method to access our statements.

@XfinityMatt

Hi,

I am having the same issues as user_cef057.  I am am trying to print/get a pdf of my monthly statement for expense and cannot for the life of me find it.

xFinity Comcast has no issues in making it easy to print out the statement.  Why can't mobile be the same.

I have the exact same problem. Such a joke because it's so easy for internet/cable. I had several phone reps say I'd need to go into a local store for them to print the statement, but I'm not sure if that's true.

@user_ccbefe I think they will just print in pdf what you can also in your My Account.  You can do that yourself.  Xfinity Mobile service is so bad.  After not finding success in getting an official pdf statement, I experience wrong autopay amounts and incorrectly autopayment date, for which I have to call Xfinity Mobile (DO NOT) Care, every time.  Sheesh!

Check your bill online.  You can print your statement if you don't get a paper bill.  The address is on the payment coupon.

I am also running into the same issues for expensifying at work. If there is no possibility, then I will most likely transfer services to ATT or Verizon.

Employer just went through a merger and pretty much the whole accounting team quit, new accounting team is asking for a formal statement. This is unacceptable. Xfinity should provide downloadable PDF statements. I noticed there is now a Statements link but it says "page not found"

This is pathetic that Xfinity Mobile does not have a way to download bills/statements. Would be one of the most basic features you would expect online or on their app.

@user_1b5a8a,

I truly understand this frustration. I have had to personally open up my statement and copy it over to Word and then print it out.

Have you had the opportunity to reach out directly to our Xfinity Mobile Team with any of these methods:

Hello, @user_1b5a8a. You can find the address to mail your payment listed on your billing statement. In the Xfinity My Account app, you can find the PDF version of your statements. That is the one that would look like the what comes in the mail and show the mailing address. Please let us know if you need further assistance. We are happy to help.

Where?? I don't see this option anywhere. I just used the assistant and it returned me to the ridiculous version with no details of use.

What part of "Why can't I print or download my bill" don't you understand?!

The question isn't about where to go to look up the bill, it's about how to download it.

Consumer rights laws guarantee our right to receive a bill - in writing.  So cough it up, Xfinity.  Stop sitting here with all these clueless and fake, "I understand your frustration and concern" replies, like some kind of brainless bot.

I am trying to login to Xfinity mobile web page. It just reloads the page itself saying 'we are gathering your account information'. I am seeing this from past 6 months. Does Xfinity mobile atleast verify their web pages ? This is attrocious.

I have been trying to get a statement for how much I owe for my devices in order to get my refund from verizon. Over the last 2 months I have been to the store at least 7 times and spent endless hour on the phone with representative who lie to me one stating that is impossible, the second one stating that she will send a special request to the billing team (never heard back from them) and other hanging up the phone on me. The lady i talked to today told me they are paperless so they cant send it (I then informed her that email does not use paper and she went ahead and hanged up on me after 2 hours on the phone).

As of right now I lost 900$ because of the unprofessional behavior of comcast.  As a customer, I never received such an unprofessional and unethical behaviour. This is the most stressful thing I ever had to deal with. they had no issues taking my money but when i ask for a damn piece of paper i get messed with and lied to. I almost accepted the fact that I lost 900$ because a 200 billion dollar company is unable to send me an email with my statement.

Please be aware of this and if you can leave the company and go with the professionals (verizon/T mobile etc). I really hope for an answer and I pray god that this gets solved thanks to my persistence. People work very hard for their money and 900$ is a lot of money, this company is literally stealing from its customers.

I am in the exact same situation!  I switched to Verizon in December. Been trying to get a final bill from xfinity with my balance due for my phone. $900! Verizon will not accept anything else.
Did you get this resolved?

@user_37a0f5  we are currently in the same situation. My husband and I have each spoken over phone, chat and online store to at least 10 different people. We get different answers from everyone and just get passed off to the mobile app or to another chat agent. It has become VERY frustrating as Verizon is waiting on this information for our $1,000 rebate for each phone. Absolutely ridiculous that I can’t download our bill. Makes zero sense. Did yours ever get resolved?

@user_37a0f5 Hello, did you get this resolved. I just paid off my device thinking I could download my most recent statement with the balance owed to show Tmobile in order to get reimbursed for transferring my phone to their service for a $650 credit. IT sounds like you are going through something similar.

Did you get this resolved and could you show how it was resolved if you don't mind?

I am stressing out about this that I might lose $600 because I can't print an old bill with my device payment plan history (the amount due before I paid it off and history of payments) This is crazy we can't print this ourselves on the Xfinity Mobile app or the desktop website. Any help would be great. thanks!

@user_0b1a09 Did you get this resolved with Xfinity Mobile? I am in the same boat with Tmobile they won't give me the $650 discount I am due to switch because they need a pdf bill that has my device balance before I paid it off. This is basically any bill that could be printed and Xfinity Mobile doesn't have any past statements to be able to print or download. IT's crazy. Please let me know if you resolved it by getting that PDF of your device balance statement and how you did it! Thanks!

Hello @bgreenfamily Thanks for reaching out for our payment mailing address. It seems that different areas have their own address to mail payments to. You can find the payment mailing address on your statement. If you receive our ecobills you can always access your statement online and on the My Account app.

This site offers the steps to view your statement and the mailing address.

I'm convinced it's impossible to View Statement Details.   If Xfinity can demonstrate this on my account I'll literally pay them $500.  I can see my last 44 Monthly Statement Totals and there's a link to view the details on each one.  Just record yourself successfully viewing the details for a couple statements and I'll auto pay an extra $500 on my next bill. That's it.

Still no pdf or downloadable version of an invoice or bill. I think Xfinity must not want to get paid. We can see it through the app -it just doesn;t look like a professional bill or invoice.
