Xfinity Mobile Negative Statement Balance on Disconnected Account

I have a $787.50 credit on my account for an errant charge by Xfinity. I haven’t had service through Xfinity mobile in a while but I finally got a refund recently. How do I get this credit refunded back to my credit card?

I am glad you were able to get the credit you had requested @user_e03021 . Normally a credit balance on an account will automatically refund to the last payment method. If the refund attempt fails to process successfully to the last payment method, the credit balance will be refunded by check using automated processes. Checks will be issued in the name of the account holder and mailed to the bill-to address within 30 days.
