Xfinity mobile keeps charging me every month even after my account isn’t active
Hello, I have been charged every month even when I cancelled Xfinity mobile service and ported to a different carrier. Not sure where to call or chat as all lines are asking me to activate the mobile service which is the opposite of what I want to do. Any help would be beneficial.
