XFINITY MOBILE is sending a collections agency after me after they told me my fraud case was closed.

I need to talk to someone about a fraud case that comcast told me was resolved over 6 months ago. A collections agency recently mailed me a letter stating that I owe them money from the fraudulent account that comcast already said they resolved.

@XfinitySara​ Every time I call these numbers, you people refuse to help me or provide any information. Just posting this for exposure, you people are acting in a borderline predatory manner. Refusing to give me information on fraudulent purchases in my name.
