Xfinity Mobile Charge
I was told Xfinity Mobile was included in my Internet Service when I applied in March. I have now been charged twice for a service I was told would be included, and free for 12 months. I want my money back for these past two months. I am okay paying my after 12 months, as per the promo. But I want my money back for these past months Ive been charged for Xfinity Mobile, since I was told itd be included at no charge for 12 months.

Click the "New message" (pen and paper) icon
The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there.
As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list.
A "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line.
Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
