Xfinity mobile billing
how do I get a billing issue resolved? I ordered a phone, never received it and called right away to let customer service know. They opened a ticket, it’s been over two weeks and still isn’t resolved despite numerous calls and chats. I shouldn’t have pay for a phone I never received. You can still see the status as undelivered on UPS tracking.

I'm sorry to hear about the issues with receiving your mobile device, and that the process has been time-consuming. If there has already been a ticket submitted, we would need to wait until the ticket has been resolved, as placing multiple tickets for the same issue does not help. It actually slows things down as you are pretty much starting over.
