Xfinity Mobile agent lied about deal

On 4/10/26 around 4.30 pm xfinity agent Michael (said that was his name) told me that after paying the $24 tax and 10$ line charge the phone was free and the line charge was 10$ a month.  The contract said $55 mo. Line charge and $11.11 mo. Phone payments. I returned the phone unopened FedEx pkg to Xfinity White Marsh April 15th and still haven't received a credit  for the $35.11 charged.

Yes, they do lie all the time. They did the same to me telling me they would reverse the extra amount I was charged when my promotion ended and that they would adjust my package to what it was. It was a lie not only did they charge me more the following week I had to call and for 20 dollars more of the original price I had I now have less channels. And they said they couldn’t do what they said. Xfinity is the worse. [Edited: "Soliciting"]
