Xfinity keeps charging me even after I canceled my plan two months ago and won't refund
I canceled my Xfinity plan (Wi-Fi + mobile) at the beginning of September, because I moved out of the US for a while. That’s why I was very surprised to discover that I was still billed for my plan at the end of the month as usual.
I got into a very long conversation with Xfinity’s chat support, where they said that they would send me a refund check by mail to my previous address. After even more time, I managed to explain that I’m not in the US at the moment, so they agreed to start a refund process through bank transfer instead. A few days later, I received an email from Xfinity’s refund service and submitted all the required details. However, I never received any refund.
I thought that was the worst that could happen, but then I got another email a month later saying I had been billed again! Exasperated, I tried to contact Xfinity via chat, only to find that I’m no longer allowed to use the chat option because I don’t have an active account anymore (which is funny, as I keep paying for it), and that I can only contact them by phone.
At this point, I’m stuck. I can't find any email address for Xfinity anywhere online, and since I’m abroad, I can't have long phone calls with customer service, as it will cost me a fortune. Does anyone here know how I can reach them by email?
I am exhausted by this whole ordeal, and honestly, I am at a point where I will recommend anyone I know to stay as far away as they can from Xfinity's services.

Yea same thing has happened to me. I’ve “cancelled” an xfinity mobile account on 3 separate occasions and literally have been billed $120+ a month for the last couple of years. When you call, they give you the runaround and tell you “these things happen at times” and never actually cancel your account. It’s so frustrating.
