Xfinity just won’t cancel my internet?

It’s been two months of emails, call-backs (that i usually don’t receive), an going in store to cancel my internet service, and yet i am STILL being billed for my service. How do you actually cancel with xfinity?

Here's the detailed steps to direct message us: 

  • Click "Sign In" if necessary

  • Type "Xfinity Support" in the to line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list
